Japanese street fashion again!

I miss my blue hair.....it's been 3 years since i last had it blue....I sense a 90's hair revival coming on....pass me th stargazer!
How cool is this? Excusing the leopard print boxers - the shirt is made from a few shirts he sewed to make the one. I also love the casual bum bag wrapped around him too.
