Hilary Duff isn't a victim of Summertime Sadness.

The Lizzie McGuire alum smiled from ear-to-ear as she stepped out with her family on Sunday at the farmers market.

The mother-of-two smiled alongside her husband Matthew Koma as she had her phone out taking pictures of her two children Luca, aged seven, who she shares with ex Mike Comrie, and Banks, nine months.

The 31-year-old wore a white top that had lace detailing and a poofy sleeve.

She paired the top with a pair of Levi's that cropped at the ankle and had fringe detail and tan sandals.

Duff finished the look of with green hat with her blonde hair pushed back with a pair of gold hoops.

The family seemed to be in good spirits as they sipped on their drinks as Matthew pushed the stroller.

Big brother Luca seemed to be loving family time with his little sister and tried to hold her.

While Hilary appears to be having the best time with her kids, she recently admitted that it was 'a little isolating' being the first in her friend group to have children.

'It was a little isolating in the beginning because I didn't have any friends that had babies yet,' she said while on The Motherly podcast

'But I had been working for such a long time that it felt like a natural step for me and I always knew I wanted to be a mom and I always knew that was going to be my number one priority in life. So, I felt ready on some fronts and a little scared on others.'

She went on to say that she lost 'a big chunk' of her identity during the first year and a half after Luca was born.

'But I don't think that was a negative thing,' she explained.

'At times I was sad about it, but it's full on. I don't remember setting him down for the first three months of life.'

'I guess I thought, like, you're a real adult once you have a baby. But, that looked very different than how I looked. Like, when I think of my parents when I was like ten or so, I feel like they looked so old even though they didn't,' she explained about her shift in perspective on adulthood.

'My perception was like, 'Oh, you have all the answers and you know all the things. Everything you say goes because you are God.' I think that very quickly when I became pregnant that shifted into like, this is just me, but I'm going to have to be that person to somebody.'

'I guess I'm saying it in a very simple way, but I very much felt like myself and a little fearful that I wasn't going to have all the answers... It looked like maybe an older person's job to be a parent.'
