Ain't them kitties cute? They're from nail art supplier LadyQueen and come in little round containers of 100 pieces:
They bend easily over a rosewood stick, so they fit very well onto the nail. I placed them at my tips here, over a base of Girly Bits "Gravedigger", one of their older Halloween polishes, which I adooooore!
